Hit and run case filed against Paris Hilton & Benji Madden

Paps did it again.

A photographer was run over by the Benji Madden’s car. As Paris Hilton and Benji Madden were leaving from a hangout place Foxtail they caused so much chaos that Benji ran over a photographer’s leg with his car.

As Benji realized something has come under his cars wheel, he stuck his head out of the car and checked out how bad the situation was. Now Paris Hilton And Benji Madden are facing legal action from a photographer in Los Angeles, whom they had ran over.

This happened when the vehicle was surrounded by photographers vying for pictures of the couple.

Paris Hilton Feels Sorry About Insulting Kim Kardashian

Paris Hilton has said sorry to best friend Kim Kardashian for insulting her voluptuous backside.

The hotel heiress had told a Las Vegas radio show Monday, "I would not want [Kim's butt] - it's gross! It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag."

However, Hilton, 27, realized she had crossed the line after watching herself on the Internet when the clip was posted.

She tells In Touch magazine, "I was just joking around and I made a stupid joke. I felt really bad afterward, so I contacted Kim and apologized. It was a silly thing to say. Kim's hot!"
